根据国家药监局、人力资源社会保障部《关于印发执业药师职业资格制度规定和执业药师职业资格考试实施办法的通知》(国药监人〔2019〕12号)文件精神,凡中华人民共和国公民和获准在我国境内就业的外籍人员,具备以下条件之一者,均可申请参加执业药师职业资格考试:
陕西2021年执业药师考试报名条件暂未公布,参考2020年报考条件:
(一)取得药学类、中药学类专业大专学历,在药学或中药学岗位工作满5年;
(二)取得药学类、中药学类专业大学本科学历或学士学位,在药学或中药学岗位工作满3年;
(三)取得药学类、中药学类专业第二学士学位、研究生班毕业或硕士学位,在药学或中药学岗位工作满1年;
(四)取得药学类、中药学类专业博士学位;
(五)取得药学类、中药学类相关专业相应学历或学位的人员,在药学或中药学岗位工作的年限相应增加1年。
符合《执业药师职业资格制度规定》报考条件,按照国家有关规定取得药学或医学专业高级职称并在药学岗位工作的,可免试药学专业知识(一)、药学专业知识(二),只参加药事管理与法规、药学综合知识与技能两个科目的考试;取得中药学或中医学专业高级职称并在中药学岗位工作的,可免试中药学专业知识(一)、中药学专业知识(二),只参加药事管理与法规、中药学综合知识与技能两个科目的考试。
符合原人事部、原国家药品监督管理局《关于修订印发〈执业药师资格制度暂行规定〉和〈执业药师资格考试实施办法〉的通知》(人发〔1999〕34号,以下简称原规定)要求的中专学历人员(含免试部分科目的中药学徒人员),2020年12月31日前可报名参加考试,考试成绩有效期按原规定执行,各科目成绩有效期最迟截至2020年12月31日。中专学历报考人员应根据本人符合的报考条件,选择“考全科(中专)”或“免二科(中专)”报考。

您好,中公教育为您服务。
2014陕西公务员考试公告预计是3月份出来的,因为考试预计在月12进行笔试的。所以您可以多关注陕西人事考试网,上面会有最新的招考信息的。您可以参照去年的公告:
一、报考条件
(一)报考的基本条件
1.具有中华人民共和国国籍;
2.年龄为18周岁以上,35周岁以下(1977年6月4日至1995年6月4日期间出生);
3.拥护中华人民共和国宪法;
4.具有良好的品行;
5.具有正常履行职责的身体条件。其中,报考人民警察须符合录用人民警察体能测评标准和体检特殊标准;
6.具有国家教育行政主管部门认可的大专及以上文化程度和符合职位要求的工作能力。
上述第2、6项所列条件,如与职位资格条件不一致时,以职位规定的具体条件为准。
(二)招考的范围对象
招考范围为属于下列情形之一的人员:
1.常住户口在陕西省(2013年5月28日之前已正式落户,下同);
2.陕西生源;
3.陕西区域的全日制普通高等院校毕业生;
上述三种情形之外在陕西省参加“服务基层项目”,符合服务期等有关规定报考特设职位的人员。
下列情形之一的人员不受户口、生源、毕业院校所在地限制,可报考相关职位:
1.2013年应届(含2012年毕业未就业)毕业生报考省委组织部选调生职位的;2011年毕业取得法律职业资格证书A证的人员报考选调生职位中法院系统职位的;
2.全日制普通高等院校毕业的研究生,报考以研究生学历为起点职位的;
3.全日制普通高等院校本科及以上法医学、临床医学专业的毕业生,报考法医职位的。
(三)“服务基层项目”人员的报考
“服务基层项目”人员,凡符合相关政策规定的可报考特设职位,也可选择报考符合资格条件的其他职位。
报考者除应符合招考范围和报考的基本条件外,还应符合职位资格条件。
(四)不符合报考条件的主要情形
1.曾因犯罪受过刑事处罚的、曾被开除公职的;公务员及参照公务员法管理单位人员曾因个人重大过失被辞退或取消录用资格的、未经批准自行离职或被辞退未满5年的、在试用期内的;曾在各级公务员录用考试中作弊被终身禁考的,或自2008年以来参加各级机关公务员考试被认定填报虚假信息等仍属取消报名资格期限内的不准许报名。
2.在近年来参加公务员考试录用中,公告中明确规定对在面试资格复审合格后无正当理由放弃的人员,在禁考期限内的;全省统一招录的服务期未满的基层政法干警定向培养人员或正在定向培养学习的不准许报名。
3.现役军人不准许报名;全日制普通高等院校在读的非2013年应届毕业生不准许报名。同时,全日制普通高等院校在读的非2013年应届毕业生中本科或研究生人员也不准许用以往取得的学历报名。
4.报考人员不得报考与用人单位公务员有公务员法第六十八条所列应当回避情形的职位。
5.属于法律法规规定不得录用为公务员、人民警察其它情形的人员,以及不符合本次招考的基本条件和职位资格条件要求的人员,不准许报名。
二、报考程序
(一)职位查询
报考人员可以通过以下网站查阅《陕西省2013年统一考试录用公务员(选调生)和参照公务员法管理单位人员职位表》(以下简称《职位表》):

报考人员对《职位表》资格条件中的专业、学历、学位等需要咨询时,可直接通过《职位表》所附资格审查单位联系 *** 进行咨询。
(二)网上报名
考试报名采取 *** 报名和网上资格审查的方式进行,不设现场报名。 *** 报名平台设在陕西人事考试网,网址://sxrsks.cn/
网上报名按以下程序进行:
1.提交报考申请。报考人员可在2013年6月5日0:00至2013年6月9日18:00登录陕西人事考试网(//sxrsks.cn/)注册报名。
为了确保报名数据安全和及时审结,本次报名期间,6月8日23:00至6月9日7:00之间将关闭报名注册系统。在此期间考生可以浏览选择职位,但不能进行网上注册报名。
2.查询资格审查结果。各资格审查单位网上资格审查时间为2013年6月5日8:00至2013年6月11日18:00。在此期间,报考人员登录陕西人事考试网查询是否通过了资格审查。
6月5日0:00至6月9日18:00期间,资格审查未通过前可以更改报考职位,审查通过后的报考职位不得更改。
6月9日18:00至6月11日18:00期间,报考申请未审查或未通过资格审查的,不能再改报其他职位。
(三)报名确认
资格审查通过的考生应及时在陕西人事考试网进行网上报名缴费确认。按照省财政厅、省物价局批准的每人按每科50元的收费标准,本次考试两科共需缴费100元。缴费截止时间为6月11日24时。未按期进行缴费确认者视为自动放弃考试。
对享受国家更低生活保障金的城镇家庭报考人员和农村绝对贫困家庭报考人员可申请减免考务费用。
(四)不足开考比例职位人员的改报
除国家扶贫开发工作重点县的职位和法医等特殊职位开考比例不低于1:2外,其他职位的开考比例不低于1:3。未达到规定开考比例的职位缩减招考计划或不予开考。因报名缴费确认人数达不到笔试开考比例不予开考的职位,将于2013年6月13日上午9:00在省 *** 门户网和省公务员局网上公告。已通过资格审查并缴费,原报考不足开考比例不予开考职位的考生,可以改报符合报考条件的其它职位,但不得改报不予开考的职位。改报只能进行一次,时间为2013年6月13日9:00至16:00。放弃改报的考生,由省人事考试中心退还报名费。
为指导报考人员合理报名,省考试录用公务员工作办公室将于6月6日和6月8日两次在省 *** 门户网、省公务员局网公布各职位的报名情况。
(五)网上下载并打印准考证
已缴费确认的报考者应在6月25日至6月28日24时从陕西人事考试网(//sxrsks.cn/)网站自行下载打印准考证。因逾期未打印准考证而影响参加考试的责任由考生自负。
准考证是考生参加笔试、面试资格复审、面试、体检、报到(或后期空缺职位调剂)等程序的必须凭证,请予妥善保存。
三、考试科目、时间、地点及有关政策
(一)公共科目笔试
1.公共科目笔试包括《行政职业能力测验》和《申论》两科。满分均为150分。公共科目考试大纲与《职位表》同时公布。
2.公共科目笔试时间为2013年6月29日。具体安排为:
上午9:00-11:00 行政职业能力测验
下午14:00-16:30 申论
本次考试笔试在11个市区 *** 所在地设立考区。报考省委组织部选调生职位和省垂直系统职位的考生,统一在西安考区参加笔试;报考各市职位的考生在该市 *** 所在地考区参加笔试;报考杨凌示范区职位的考生在杨陵区参加笔试。
3.成绩查询。公共科目笔试成绩及更低控制分数线预计将于2013年7月中旬统一公布,考生可以登录省 *** 门户网或省公务员局网查询。
对我省的国家扶贫开发工作重点县的职位和法医等特殊职位,在划定更低控制分数线时予以适度倾斜。
(二)自主就业退役士兵的有关加分政策
2012年11月9日发布的《陕西省实施退役士兵安置条例办法》(省 *** 令第163号)规定,对全省自主就业退役士兵报考公务员时予以加分。加分按照个人申请、组织审核、公示确认的程序进行。凡报名参加本次公务员考试,符合加分的范围和条件的退役士兵,须在2013年6月30日至2013年7月2日,按本人所报考职位归属系统(分党群、行政),向本人退役地的市委组织部或市公务员局申请加分。
(三)面试资格复审和体能测评
1.确定面试资格复审人员。省委组织部和省公务员局按职位,对笔试总成绩在更低控制分数线之上考生人数不少于录用计划3倍的职位,以公共科目笔试总成绩从高到低的顺序,按录用计划数的3倍确定进入面试资格复审人员;对笔试总成绩在更低控制分数线之上考生人数少于录用计划3倍的职位,达到更低控制分数线人员全部确定为面试资格复审人员。
按职位排序出现末位笔试总成绩并列的,并列者同时确定为面试资格复审人员。
单科成绩为零者,不得确定为面试资格复审人员。
进入面试资格复审人员情况在省 *** 门户网和省公务员局网统一公告。
2.面试资格复审。面试前,须进行面试资格复审。资格复审的时间、地点等具体事项,将在省 *** 门户网和省公务员局网上另行通知。
报考人员有关材料主要信息不实的,取消面试资格。
未在规定时间内参加面试资格复审的,视为考生自动放弃面试资格。
3.体能测评。报考人民警察职位的人员,在面试资格复审时,须参加体能测评。凡体能测评不合格的人员,不得进入面试。
未在规定时间内参加体能测评的,视为考生自动放弃面试资格。
4.人员递补。在规定时间内,面试资格复审人员放弃或面试资格复审不合格,以及被取消面试资格等形成的缺额,由资格复审单位在本职位笔试总成绩更低控制分数线以上人员中,按笔试总成绩从高到低依次递补。
人民警察录用计划较多的职位,体能测评后出现的缺额,等额递补一次进行资格复审和体能测评。
面试公告发布后,不再进行资格复审或体能测评人员递补。
(四)面试
面试满分为100分。省考录办统一安排全省面试工作,省、市公务员主管部门分别实施。面试时间和地点另行公告。
面试时,报考人员须携带本人有效身份证、准考证原件。
面试全程摄像录音。考生的面试成绩当场向考生宣布,并由考生签字确认。
对报考职位因录用计划较多而无法在单个考场单场次完成面试的考生的原始面试成绩,采取加权平均的 *** 计算形成考生的面试成绩。计算 *** 为:用本职位考生有效原始面试成绩的总平均分,分别除以该职位各考场考生面试原始成绩的平均分,求得各面试考场的加权系数。用各面试考场的加权系数分别乘以本考场考生的原始面试成绩,所得结果即为该考生加权后的面试成绩。
(五)综合成绩的计算
综合成绩的计算公式为:
综合成绩=[笔试总成绩(行政职业能力测验+申论成绩)/6]﹢面试成绩/2
公布行政职业能力测验、申论、面试成绩和综合成绩时保留小数点后两位数。
四、体检和考察
省、市区公务员主管部门按与职位招录计划1:1的比例,依综合成绩从高到低的次序确定进入体检人员。
综合成绩保留2位小数后如出现并列,拟进入体检人员超过招录计划的,顺延小数位确定综合成绩排序;综合成绩并列且顺延小数位后仍完全相同,笔试总成绩高者为进入体检人员;笔试总成绩相同时,行政职业能力测验成绩高者为进入体检人员。
凡面试人数未达到规定比例的职位,按如下办法确定进入体检人员:
(1)面试人数多于录用计划数但又未达到规定比例数的,按综合成绩从高到低的次序确定。
(2)面试人数少于或等于录用计划数时,考生的面试成绩等于或高于本考场实际参加面试人员平均面试成绩的进入体检,低于本考场实际参加面试人员平均面试成绩的不能进入体检。
体检由省、市区按有关规定分工组织实施。
《公务员录用体检特殊标准(试行)》中人民警察职位的体检项目不进行复检。其他体检项目,考生对体检不合格的结论如有疑议,在接到体检结论通知7日内,可向体检组织单位提出复检申请,由体检组织单位安排复检。必要时,省、市区公务员主管部门可以要求体检对象复检。
复检只进行一次,体检结果以复检结论为准。
未按规定时间到指定地点参加体检,视为考生放弃体检。
因考生放弃或体检不合格形成的缺额,从该职位参加面试的人员中,按综合成绩由高分到低分依次递补。
体检合格人员进入考察。
考察工作由各市区公务员主管部门和省级各有关部门负责组织实施。
考察期间,出现考察对象放弃考察等情形,从该职位参加面试的人员中,依综合成绩由高分到低分依次递补体检。递补不超过两次。对体检合格者再行考察。各市区公务员主管部门和省级各有关部门考察工作整体结束后形成的缺额不再递补。
对因涉嫌违法违纪正在接受调查,或因涉嫌违法犯罪且司法程序尚未终结,以及因报考资格条件有纠纷一时难以核实清楚的考察对象,经省公务员主管部门批准可暂缓作出考察结论。自暂缓作出考察结论之日起90日内,上述调查或司法程序仍未终结的,终止对该考察对象的录用程序。由此形成的缺额不予递补。
本次招考对一些紧缺专业的职位按市县作了合并。凡职位表中涉及两个及以上不同用人单位的职位,在考察结束后,按综合成绩由高到低的次序,由考生选择确定具体用人单位,再行公示。
五、公示
拟录用人员名单由各市区公务员主管部门和省级有关部门归口上报,省委组织部和省公务员局统一在省 *** 门户网和省公务员局网上进行公示,公示期7天。公示形成的职位空缺不予递补。
六、录用
省、市公务员主管部门制发载有考生报考时所提交照片的《录用通知书》。考生一经录用,必须按规定时间办理报到手续并报到上班。报到时,新录用公务员的身份证、准考证、录用通知书所载照片必须和本人一致。新录用人员凭《录用通知书》办理行政、工资、户籍迁移等有关手续。无正当理由逾期不报到的,视为放弃录用。
凡户籍或生源已作报考限定或职位表备注有服务期职位的录用人员,须与用人单位、同级公务员主管部门(垂直系统主管部门)签订为期5年的服务合同。服务期内不能调离、不能报考公务员、不能参加事业单位 *** 考试。
七、纪律要求
各级公务员主管部门、省级有关部门、各考务机构,以及所有参与考试录用工作的人员,在考录的各个环节,必须严格遵守法律法规和公务员考试录用纪律,严格程序,自觉接受纪检监察部门的监督和社会监督。凡有违反法律法规,弄虚作假、泄密等问题的人员,一经查实,依法依纪追究责任。
为了维护公务员考试录用秩序,对于恶意注册报名信息,扰乱报名秩序或者伪造学历证明及其他有关证件的人员,一经查实将取消相关资格,且五年内不得报考公务员;在笔试开考前宣布考试纪律时,将在各笔试考点随机确定考场摄像(照相),留存考生影像资料,核查替考等违纪行为,对有组织作弊、冒名顶替等严重违纪违规行为的,终身不得报考公务员;同时,本次考试录用各个环节中和试用期内,凡弄虚作假、不符合报考基本条件或职位资格条件的人员,一经查实即按照中组部、人社部印发的《公务员录用考试违纪违规行为处理办法(试行)》终止相关资格或取消录用,并作出相应处理;在拟录用人员公示结束后,省考录办将发布违纪违规人员情况公告。另外,对在面试资格复审环节后无正当理由放弃资格的人员,将作三年内不得报考陕西省公务员的处理,以确保录用工作的公平公正和效率。

三、在拟录用人员公示结束后,将视本次公务员招考中空缺职位数量情况,研究决定是否实施对空缺职位的调剂工作。如果实施调剂,将发布调剂公告。调剂时,学历、专业、性别等职位资格条件不作变更,对户籍、生源地、特设职位等报考条件可适当调整放宽。请未进入公示环节的有关人员留意相关公告。
四、本次考试只指定考试大纲,不指定也不出版发行考试教材或辅导用书。各级公务员主管部门和招考部门不举办也不委托任何机构举办考试辅导培训班。省考录办已发表有关声明,请考生勿轻信有关出版物和培训广告的宣传,以免被误导或上当受骗。

(一)基本条件
1.具有中华人民共和国国籍。
2.遵纪守法,品行端正。

陕西省特岗教师 *** 形式及程序
1、公布 *** 信息:6月12日,通过特设岗计划教师 *** 报名系统//tg.ncss.cn/向社会发布 *** 信息。
2、自愿报名:自愿报名者请登录陕西省特设岗计划教师 *** 报名系统//tg.ncss.cn/网站,网上报名。报名时间:6月15日至6月30日。

8、体检:由教育局、人劳局组织报名人员进行体检。
9、聘用:受聘人员与用人单位签订《聘用合同》,在受聘期间,由教育局和人劳局按照《聘用合同》共同管理,施行人事 *** 。所在学校负责日常管理,县教育局每学年度对其考核一次,并将考核结果报省(市)教育厅(局)。

Are You Getting Enough Sleep?
What happens if you don’t get enough sleep? Randy Gardner, a high school student in theUnited States, wanted to find out. He designed an experiment on the effects of sleeplessnessfor a school science project. With doctors watching him carefully, Gardner stayed awake for 264hours and 12 minutes. That’s eleven days and nights without sleep!
What effect did sleeplessness have on Gardner? After 24 hours without sleep, Gardner startedhaving trouble reading and watching television. The words and pictures were too blurry(模糊).By the third day, he was having trouble doing things with his hands. By the fourth day, Gardnerwas hallucinating(产生幻觉). For example, when he saw a street sign, he thought it was aperson. He also imagined he was a famous football player. Over the next few days, Gardner’sspeech became so slurred(不清楚)that people couldn’t understand him. He also had troubleremembering things. By the eleventh day, Gardner couldn’t pass a counting test. In the middleof the test he simply stopped counting. He couldn’t remember what he was doing.
When Gardner finally went to bed, he slept for 14 hours and 45 minutes. The second night heslept for twelve hours, the third night he slept for ten and one-half hours, and by the fourthnight, he had returned to his normal sleep schedule.
Even though Gardner recovered quickly, scientists believe that going without sleep can bedangerous. They say that people should not repeat Randy’s experiment. Tests on white ratshave shown how serious sleeplessness can be. After a few weeks without sleep, the ratsstarted losing their fur(皮毛). And even though the rats ate more food than usual, they lostweight. Eventually the rats died.
During your lifetime, you will probably spend 25 years or more sleeping. But why? What is thepurpose of sleep? Surprisingly, scientists don’t know for sure. Some scientists think we sleep inorder to replenish(补充)brain cells. Other scientists think that sleep helps the body to growand to relieve stress. Whatever the reason, we know that it is important to get enough sleep.

One of the most common injuries teenagers and *** s experience is a sprained ankle. A sprainoccurs when the ligaments(韧带)a joint are twisted(扭伤)and possibly torn. Ligaments arebands of fibers that hold the bones of a joint in position. A sprain can occur from a suddentwisting at the joint, or a stretching or tearing of the fibers of the ligaments. The injured areausually swells(肿胀)and becomes black and blue. Next, to reduce blood distribution and keep bleedingto a minimum, apply a cold pack. After 20 minutes, take the pack off, wait half an hour andthen reapply. This can be done several times a day for a total of three days.
Never leave a cold pack on for more than 20 minutes at a time. Reducing the temperature inthat area for an extended period of time signals the body to increase blood flow to raise thebody temperature! Therefore, one accidentally triggers more blood distribution to theaffected area by leaving a cold pack on for too long! Finally, bandage the ankle. Be careful notto wind it too tightly; doing so can restrict blood flow and cause harm to the entire foot.

Most people say that the USA is making progress in fighting AIDS, but they don’t know there’sno cure and strongly disagree that “the AIDS epidemic(流行)is over,” a new survey finds.
The findings, released Thursday by the Kaiser Family Foundation, reassure activists who haveworried that public concern about AIDS might disappear in light of recent news about advancesin treatment and declines in deaths.
“While people are very optimistic about the advances, they’re still realistic about the fact thatthere is no cure”, says Sophia Chang, director of HIV programs at the foundation.
The Kaiser survey, like a recent USA TODAY Gallup Poll(民意测验), does find that the numberof people ranking AIDS as the country’s top health problem has fallen. In the Kaiser poll, 38%say it’s the top concern, down from 44% in a 1996 poll; in the Gallup Poll, 29% say AIDS is No. 1, down from 41 % in 1992 and 67% in 1987.
Other findings from Kaiser, which polled more than 1.200 *** s in September and October andasked additional questions of another 1.000 *** s in Novembers:
52% say the country is making progress against AIDS, up from 32% in 1995.
51% say the government spends too little on AIDS.
86% correctly say AIDS drugs can now lengthen lives; an equal number correctly say that thedrugs are not cures.
67% incorrectly say that AIDS deaths increased or stayed the same in the past year; 24%know deaths fell.

One day, Mr. Kazi’s two coworkers failed to come to work. That day, Mr. Kazi did the work of allthree people in the kitchen. This really impressed the owners of the restaurant. A few monthslater, the owners needed a manager for a new restaurant. They gave the job to Mr. Kazi. Heworked hard as the manager and soon the restaurant was making a profit.
A few years later, Mr. Kazi heard about a restaurant that was losing money. The restaurant wasdirty inside and the food was terrible. Mr. Kazi borrowed money from a bank and bought therestaurant. For the first six months, Mr. Kazi worked in the restaurant from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.seven days a week. He and his wife cleaned up the restaurant, remodeled the front of thebuilding, and improved the cooking. They also tried hard to please the customers. If someonehad to wait more than ten minutes for their food, Mrs. Kazi gave them a free soda. Before longthe restaurant was making a profit.
A year later, Mr. Kazi sold his restaurant for a profit. With the money he eared, he bought threemore restaurants that were losing money. Again, he cleaned them up, improved the food, andretrained the employees. Before long these restaurants were making a profit, too.
Today Mr. Kazi owns 168 restaurants, but he isn’t planning to stop there. He’s looking for morepoorly managed restaurants to buy, “I love it when I go to buy a restaurant and find it’s amess,” Mr. Kazi says. “The only way it can go is up.”

各市人力资源和社会保障局、杨凌示范区人事劳动局、韩城市人力资源和社会保障局,西咸新区管委会办公室,省级有关部门,中央驻陕有关单位:
按照国务院《关于加强教师队伍建设的意见》(国发〔2012〕41号)精神和《陕西省技工院校教学管理试行办法》有关规定,现将2015年全省技工院校教师高级职称评审工作有关事项通知如下:
一、评审范围
评审范围为全省技工院校及职业培训机构在职在岗的讲师和一级实习指导教师。2015年达到退休年龄者不列入评审范围。
二、申报条件
(一)遵守国家法律法规,热爱技工教育事业,认真贯彻国家的教育方针,依法执教,具有良好的师德素养和敬业精神,为人师表,教书育人,教风端正、勇于创新。具有教师上岗资格。
(二)具有国民教育统招大学本科以上学历,聘任中级职称满5年;具有硕士学位,聘任中级职称满4年。不具备规定学历者按照原陕人发〔2003〕71号文件规定执行。
(三)中级职称聘任期内,年度考核至少有1次优秀,其他年度为合格。
(四)取得国家外语B级考试合格证书或符合我省职称外语考试免试条件;通过职称计算机应用能力考试4个模块或符合我省计算机应用能力考试免试条件。
(五)按照《陕西省专业技术人员继续教育条例》和继续教育有关文件规定,2012年度必修公需课不少于12学时,专业课不少于36学时;2013、2014、2015年度,公需课不少于24学时,专业课不少于56学时。继续教育证书复验合格。
(六)技术理论课教师申报高级讲师应具有本专业某一工种中级工以上操作技能;高级实习指导教师应具有 *** 以上操作技能。
三、评审条件
(一)专业理论水平
高级讲师:
1.具有所教专业(学科)扎实的理论基础、专业知识和专业技能,职称英语考试题库陕西省了解本专业(学科)前沿知识和国内外职业教育现状及发展趋势,熟悉先进的教育理论和现代化教学手段,教学经验丰富,教学水平高,教学业绩显著,形成一定的教学特色。
2.具有指导与开展教育教学研究的能力,在教学改革创新实践中取得比较突出的成绩;积极参加专业教研会组织开展的教研教改、学术交流、教学技能竞赛、示范课观摩等活动。
3.胜任教育教学带头人工作,在指导培养低一级教师提高业务水平方面发挥职称英语考试题库陕西省了重要作用,取得了显著成效。
高级实习指导教师:
1.具有扎实的基础理论、专业知识和精湛的操作技能,掌握本专业工作过程或技术流程,教学经验丰富,教学业绩显著,形成一定的教学特色。
2.具有较强的组织和开展实习教学研究和技术革新能力,并取得突出成果,技能人才培养经验丰富,起到专业带头人的作用;积极参加省级专业教研会组织开展的教研教改、学术交流、教学技能竞赛、示范课观摩等活动。
3.在培养指导实习指导教师提高技能操作水平和实习教学能力方面发挥了重要作用,取得了显著成效。
(二)工作经历
1.完成教学及班主任工作
(1)申报高级讲师:任职期间年均完成教学工作量260学时以上,须担任过2门课程的教学工作(不含公共课教师)。
申报高级实习指导教师:须能同时承担实习课和工艺理论课教学工作,任职期间年均完成教学工作量400学时以上。
(2)非专任教师完成教学工作量参照量化考核标准进行考核。
(3)任职期间担任班主任(或学生管理工作)工作2年以上。
2.企业实践和社会实践
专业理论及实习指导课教师每两年必须有2个月企业实践时间,并提交参加企业实践证明和1500字左右的实践报告。
公共课教师应具有一年以上组织学生社团活动(第二课堂活动的经历)或其它社会实践经历。提交证明和1500字左右的活动(社会实践)总结报告。
3.教育教学工作综合量化考核
各技工院校对申报高级教师职务任职资格的专任教师和非专任教师,都必须按照相应的《技工院校教师职务任职资格量化考核标准》实事求是进行量化考核,择优选拔推荐。量化考核总分应达到95分以上,附加分必须达到10分以上。
(三)论文、著作及业绩、成果
1. 任现职以来,公开发表学术论文、出版著作及业绩、成果应具备以下条件之一:
(1)作为之一作者在本专业较有影响的公开出版期刊上发表学术或教研论文2篇,每篇字数2000字以上。期刊应具有CN刊号,增刊、专刊、特刊、论文集不予认可(以下同)。
(2)作为之一作者在本专业较有影响的公开出版期刊上发表学术或教研论文1篇,并在省部级有关部门(指省、部级 *** 综合职能部门,以下同)组织的优秀论文评选中获三等以上奖励1次。
(3)独著或参编公开出版发行的专著或教材1部以上,且本人撰写字数达到8万字以上,并作为之一作者在本专业较有影响的公开出版期刊上发表学术或教研论文1篇。
(4)获得省部级优秀教师、教学能手、教学技能竞赛二等奖以上或“三五人才工程”第三层次人选等荣誉称号,并作为之一作者在本专业较有影响的公开出版期刊上发表学术或教研论文1篇或在省部级有关部门组织的优秀论文评选中获三等以上奖励1次。
(5)获得省级优秀教学成果一等奖1项或二等奖2项。
(6)申报高级实习指导教师,在省级以上有关部门组织的技能竞赛中获前6名,或指导学生在省级以上有关部门组织的技能竞赛中获前3名,并作为之一作者在本专业较有影响的公开出版期刊上发表学术或教研论文1篇或在省部级有关部门组织的优秀论文评选中获三等以上奖励1次。
申报人提交的论文一般应为任职期间不同年度公开发表或获奖的论文。
四、破格评审条件
对在技工教育改革发展、专业建设、教育教学研究、一体化教学和校企合作等方面做出突出贡献者,不唯学历资历,可以破格申报。
对虽不具备规定学历、已担任中级职称满5年,或具备规定学历、担任中级职称不满5年的人员,任职期间具备下列四项中的三项者可以申请破格晋升技工院校高级职称。
(一)长期从事技工教育工作,在教育教学或学生管理方面有比较突出的专长和丰富的经验,在同行中具有一定的知名度。
(二)获国家、省(部)级劳动模范,国家级优秀教师、职业教育先进工作者等荣誉称号。
(三)正式出版具有较高价值的本专业教材、专著、译著或教学用书2部。
(四)在教育、教学研究、科研工作和指导教师方面成绩突出,效果显著,具备下列条件之一:
1.教育、教学研究成果获部级一等奖的主要完成者。
2.任现职以来有4篇以上论文在国家专业性学术会议或全国具有影响的专业刊物上发表。
3.任现职以来培养的学生参加全国技能比赛获前3名,省级技能比赛获第1名的主要实习指导教师;本人获省级“技术能手”、“技术状元”等称号的实习指导教师。
五、申报及推荐程序
(一)个人申报
申报人员首先向单位提出申请,填写《专业技术职务任职资格评审表》,提交反映自己水平、能力、业绩贡献的材料和有关学历、资历、职称外语、计算机应用能力合格证及获奖证书等证明材料。破格人员要在评审表封面上注明破格申报字样,单位提供破格申请材料5份。
(二)单位推荐
各院校首先要将申报人员的相关申报材料、证件等向本院校全体职工公示,根据量化考核结果和岗位职数推荐上报人员。省属院校经主管部门审核汇总、市属院校经所在市人力资源和社会保障局审核汇总后,统一报送。
六、报送材料要求
(一)《专业技术职务任职资格评审表》3份,《专业技术人员考核登记表》1份,《陕西省技工院校教师业务考核档案》,陕西省技工院校教师职务任职资格量化考核评分表》22份,《2015年技工院校教师职务任职资格评审简表》22份。
(二)本人任现职期间的专业技术工作总结1份,主要反映任职以来的教育教学、教科研成果、业绩及其他专业技术工作情况。
(三)主管部门出具的评审委托函。
(四)学历证书、学位证书、任职资格证书、职称外语证书(或免试表)、计算机应用能力考试合格证书(或免试表)、教师资格证书(教师上岗资格证书)、继续教育证书,获奖证书等证件原件及复印件(复印件加盖单位公章)1份。
(五)论文、著作、教材原件,教案原件;能代表本人学术技术水平和能力的课题、项目、发明专利及其它相关材料原件(任现职前的所有材料,不需提供),同时提供复印件1份,在复印件右上方标出网上查询地址,复印件上每页加盖公章。复印件要求:论文(版权页、目录、正文),著作(版权页、目录、主要内容提要)。
(六)上述申报材料应按顺序:1.委托代评函(附参评人员名册);2.单位评审报告(附公示证明);3.学历证书、学位证书复印件;4.任职资格复印件;5.教师资格证书(教师上岗资格证书)复印件;6.外语、计算机证书复印件或免试表复印件;7.继续教育证书复印件;8.获奖证书复印件;9.论文、著作、教材复印件;10.专业教研会任职及参加活动情况、企业实践、社会实践、组织学生社团活动等证明及报告;11.其它。编制材料目录表,按3-11顺序装订成册。
(七)各种评审表格须打印填写(单位填写意见栏除外)。《评审表》中“基层单位意见”和“呈报单位意见”栏目,要明确陈述推荐理由;“年度及任职期满考核结果”栏目,要陈述被推荐人任现职以来主要表现、业绩(不少于150字)及各年度考核结果,各市、主管部门及各单位要对材料的真实性负责。
请各市人力资源和社会保障局、省级有关部门及各技工院校、职业培训机构抓紧做好评审对象的申报、考核、公示及推荐工作,按照通知要求,将评审材料按时报送省技工院校教师职称评审工作办公室(办公室设在省技工学校指导中心),并将参评人员名册发指定电子信箱。报送材料时间为9月21日—25日,过期不予受理。

You don’t have to carry a laptop along with you. All you have to do is just whip out the pen and the special paper and you are off5.

The Biology of Music
Humans use music as a powerful way to communicate. It may also play an important role in love. But what is music, and how does it work its magic? Science does not yet have all the answers.
What are two things that make humans different from animals? One is language, and the other is music. It is true that some animals can sing (and many birds sing better than a lot of people). However, the songs of animals, such as birds and whales, are very limited. It is also true that humans, not animals, have developed musical instruments. 1
Music is strange stuff. It is clearly different from language. However, people can use music to communicate things — especially their emotions. When music is combined with speech in a song, it is a very powerful form of communication. But, biologically speaking, what is music?
If music is truly different from speech, then we should process music and language in different parts of the brain. The scientific evidence suggests that this is true.
Sometimes people who suffer brain damage lose their ability to process language. However, they don’t automatically lose their musical abilities. For example, Vissarion Shebalin, a Russian composer,had a stroke in 1953. It injured the left side of his brain. He could no longer speak or understand speech. He could, however, still compose music until his death ten years later. On the other hand,sometimes strokes cause people to lose their musical ability, but they can still speak and understand speech. This shows that the brain processes music and language separately.
By studying the physical effects of music on the body,scientists have also learned a lot about how music influences the emotions. But why does music have such a strong effect on us? That is a harder question to answer. Geoffrey Miller, a researcher at University College, London, thinks that music and love have a strong connection. Music requires special talent, practice, and physical ability. That’s why it may be a way of showing your fitness to be someone’s mate. For example, singing in tune or playing a musical instrument requires fine muscular control. You also need a good memory to remember the notes. And playing or singing those notes correctly suggests that your hearing is in excellent condition. Finally, when a man sings to the woman he loves (or vice versa), it may be a way of showing off.
However, Miller’s theory still doesn’t explain why certain combinations of sounds influence our emotions so deeply. For scientists,this is clearly an area that needs further research.
